    Job Title: Taxation Accountant

    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled Taxation Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with BIR tax regulations and managing all related paperwork.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
    • Prepare and submit BIR paperwork in a timely manner, adhering to strict deadlines
    • Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of experience in taxation
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is highly desirable
    • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Xero accounting software
    • Demonstrated expertise in working with BIR paperwork, particularly tax regulations
