    TASQ Staffing Solutions is actively recruiting call center agents in Cebu City for upcoming classes starting on May 17.


    Requirements for eligibility include a Registered Nurse qualification, regardless of experience; strong to excellent written and verbal English communication skills; and availability to start immediately and work on-site in Cebu City.

    After the initial prescreening interview conducted over the phone, applicants will need to apply in person.

    The position available is for a Customer Service Representative.


    Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative include assisting customers through phone calls, chats, and emails, addressing customer needs, following company and client processes and policies, clarifying information, providing suitable solutions, building rapport with customers, ensuring proper documentation, and meeting targets.


    This is a full-time employment opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package, including HMO coverage from day one, a 20% night differential, allowances, and incentives.

    Specific salary details will be discussed directly with the client.
