    We are seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume hiring and interview coordination across multiple departments. This role plays a critical part in managing candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

    This is an opportunity to work directly with U.S.-based leadership while contributing to a fast-scaling global team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage interview scheduling and calendar coordination across hiring managers
    • Serve as the virtual host for interviews, admitting candidates into meetings and ensuring smooth execution
    • Maintain candidate tracking systems (ATS/CRM) with accurate notes and status updates
    • Conduct follow-ups with no-shows and reschedule interviews as needed
    • Send confirmations, reminders, and recruitment communications
    • Support pipeline management and hiring workflow optimization

    Qualifications

    • Excellent verbal and written English communication
    • Strong stakeholder coordination and candidate engagement skills
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM platforms preferred
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
    • Able to manage high-volume recruitment workflows
    • Prior recruiting, sourcing, or hiring coordination experience is a plus
