- Ensure compliance with program terms and conditions.
- Manage the drafting, reviewing, updating, and publishing of the program terms and conditions in collaboration with the cross-functional team.
- Implement the approved Program Tiering Structure and Business Rules as defined by the Program Manager.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for execution and ensure a smooth roll out of program changes.
- Establish processes to continuously improve program efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in loyalty program management, marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in executing program tiering strategies and managing customer segmentation.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance program efficiency.
- Experience in ensuring program compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines.
- In-depth understanding of loyalty program structures, including tiered systems, rewards redemption, and customer engagement strategies.
