- Ability to research and troubleshoot issues between Pathlock application and customers ERP system including but not limited to implementation and configuration.
- Gather and analyzing logs, configurations, and workflows to resolve issues.
- Work with multiple Pathlock teams to overcome issues within SLA and provide needed information to teams to resolve the issues.
- Write knowledge base articles and educate/train team members on resolution and troubleshooting approaches.
- Communicate resolution both verbal and written clearly and concisely.
- Recommend best workflows, implementation and utilization practices promoting customer success and product adoption.
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction by providing professional support.
- Strong background in ERP, SAP, or PeopleSoft with minimum of 1 year of ERP Technical Support experience.
- Experience writing new, and troubleshooting existing, SQL for a widely used relational database (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Sybase)
- Strong development and problem-solving skills and an exceptional ability to communicate highly technical concepts to any audience
- Strong customer service skills and orientation
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- A team player with strong desire to learn new things
- Experience with version control systems
- Knowledge of or any level of experience in supporting a GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) application or system is a major advantage.
