Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Brand Compliance & Publisher Operations Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). The role involves ensuring advertising compliance and seamless publisher operations through close collaboration with the compliance specialist.
<+Responsibilities
- Daily Campaign Oversight: Monitor third-party email campaigns, social media, and other advertising channels for compliance issues.
- Issue Logger: Document compliance issues in tracking systems with precision
- Non-Compliance Identifier: Detect non-compliant activities and escalate as necessary
- Publisher Operations Specialist: Maintain publisher contact information accuracy reduce duplicates ensure records up-to-date Automate workflows troubleshoot resolve efficiency li Board Auditor: Audit organize project management boards data integrity Workflow Builder Create custom fields automations campaign setups Metrics Reporter Generate share detailed reports metrics +
