Answer inbound and outbound calls regarding life insurance policies and claims educate customers on policy coverage benefits exclusions and claims processes provide empathetic professional service while resolving inquiries and concerns accurately document customer interactions and claims in CRM systems follow up on claims and escalate complex issues when needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent college degree a plus
  • 1+ year experience in a life insurance contact center or customer service role knowledge of life insurance products and terminology strong communication problem-solving and computer skills ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy professionalism
