    3) Typing speed of 65+ words per minute
    4) Excellent attention to detail
    5) Excellent interpersonal skills
    6) Excellent written and verbal communication (English)
    7) High focus on customer service
    8) Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a demanding environment
    9) Ability to work as part of team and seek assistance as required
    10) Ability to self-manage and initiative
    11) Problem solving and analytical skills
    12) Graduate of 4-year course


    Key responsibilities:

    1) Calendar, email and phone correspondence management
    2) Organizes and collates information into correspondence, reports and databases
    3) Responds to information requests and queries in timely manner
    4) Produce and distribute reports and information as required
    5) Timely and accurate information management, filing and archiving
