We are looking for a COMMISSARY COOK IN- CHARGE willing to be assign at SM Uptown Cagayan De Oro City in a Japanese Restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Handles all Preparation in Commissary Kitchen
Observe all stipulations in NDA (non disclosure agreement) specifically the procedures and recipes.
Preparing ingredients, taking inventory, overseeing deliveries, organizing and basic cleaning in the kitchen.
Communicating with the chef or supervisor, and ensuring proper presentation of food as directed by the chef.

Key Skills:

Graduate of HRM or Culinary Education / Training.

-1-2 years of work experience in a similar role especially in Japanese Cuisine is a plus.

Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations.
Excellent communication skills.
