    We areseeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support professional to join our team in our Pasay City office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the travel and hospitality industry. With a focus on a high priority account, you will be the key point of contact for customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

    What you'll be doing

    1. Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries
    2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to travel bookings, hotel reservations, and other hospitality-related services
    3. Provide accurate information and updates to customers, escalating complex cases to senior support staff as needed
    4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
    5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
    6. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements

    What we're looking for

    1. At least HS Grad (old Curriculum)/SHS Grad (new curriculum)
    2. With 6 months of BPO International Experience
    3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
    4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to efficiently resolve customer issues
    5. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment
    6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
