    Our head office is located in BGC, Taguig City, in the heart of a dynamic business and lifestyle district. Our core working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, a schedule designed to help you avoid the usual early morning rush and enjoy a smoother, more relaxed commute. This setup allows you to start your day right, whether that means enjoying a proper breakfast, fitting in a morning workout, or taking care of personal errands.

    WHAT this role means for you:

    This is a full-time, on-site position for a Multimedia Designer responsible for developing high-quality visual and multimedia assets that support &you's wellness-focused initiatives. The role involves translating concepts into clear, engaging designs across various digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency and visual excellence.

    The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and an understanding of how design impacts user experience are essential.

    You're a match if you:

    • Have a strong eye for design and visual storytelling across web, social, and e-commerce platforms.
    • Are highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
    • Are experienced with video editing and social-first platforms such as CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and native tools for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
    • Knowledgeable in 2D and/or 3D animation, with the ability to create engaging animated assets for ads, social content, product explainers, and brand storytelling.
    • Comfortable creating visuals for website content, product pages, ads, email, and social media.
    • Can manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced, on-site environment with minimal supervision.
    • Maintain strong attention to detail while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
    • Understand how design and video influence trust, clarity, and user experience especially in a wellness and health-focused space.

    Profile Wishlist:

    • A creative professional with 3-5+ years of experience in multimedia, graphic design, or a related field.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating web, social, and e-commerce design, with an emphasis on video and motion.
    • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
    • Hands-on experience with video editing and social-first tools such as CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and native editing tools for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
    • Solid understanding of short-form video, motion graphics, and digital storytelling for wellness and lifestyle brands.
    • Experience designing for DTC or e-commerce platforms, including product pages, ads, email, and social content.
    • Ability to balance creative exploration with brand consistency and performance goals.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment, managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.
