- Conduct regular audits and inspections of sorting equipment, processes, and procedures.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes of errors and inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans to address identified issues.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and IT teams to design and implement process improvements.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on quality trends and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality processes and procedures.
- Train and coach sorting center personnel on quality procedures and best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing sorting efficiency and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within a logistics or manufacturing setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality management methodologies is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
