    Objective: As a Talent Community Principal, you will drive the strategic marketing and operational aspects of building and nurturing our Talent Communities. This role ensures that our talent acquisition efforts are both technologically advanced and highly personalized, focusing on meaningful, human-centric engagement. You will champion the use of advanced analytics to deepen our understanding of talent segments and personas, facilitating targeted and effective attraction strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategy Development and Execution:


    •Collaborate closely with the Talent Attraction Partner and Sourcing Strategy Manager to align the talent community strategy with insights derived from talent segmentation.


    •Spearhead initiatives for talent acquisition, engagement, and conversion, optimizing the use of our talent pools through innovative AI applications and tech solutions.


    •

    Content and Engagement:


    •In partnership with the Content & Production team, co-create compelling content that resonates with different talent segments, enhancing brand loyalty and community participation.


    •Implement and oversee engagement strategies such as newsletters and specialized content to maintain and stimulate active community involvement.


    •

    Analytics and Insights:


    •Working with the Digital Marketing team, regularly analyze and present insights on Talent Community metrics, identifying challenges and proposing actionable solutions.


    •Ensure CRM optimization, including tracking, tagging, and automating nurture journeys to enhance candidate engagement and conversion rates.


    •Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key metrics such as target growth areas, diversity initiatives, and overall health of the talent pool.


    •

    Administrative and Support Functions:


    •Act as the CRM Subject Matter Expert, providing training, support, and updates on new features to internal teams.


    •Manage the creation and execution of portals and community tools to facilitate event participation and efficient data capture.

    Future Directions:


    •Lead the shift towards programmatic approaches in recruitment, focusing on proactive candidate attraction and integration into our talent communities, thereby not just filling immediate needs but building a sustainable talent pipeline.


    •Build Candidate influence scoring metric based on engagement level of Talented pooled candidates

    Ideal Candidate Profile:


    •Proven experience in marketing analytics, CRM management, and digital content strategy.


    •Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making processes and the ability to interpret complex analytics into strategic actions.


    •Excellent communication and partnership skills, with a knack for creating engaging user experiences.


    •Passionate about leveraging technology to enhance both the reach and the personalization of talent engagement efforts.
