    About the Role

    The Global Mobility Manager will design, implement, and oversee our global mobility programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of international assignments, immigration laws, and relocation processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless transfer of employees across borders while fostering a positive employee experience.

    Program Development:

    -Â Â Â Â Â Â Design and implement global mobility policies and procedures that align with company objectives.

    -Â Â Â Â Â Â Evaluate and enhance existing mobility programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local laws.

    Assignment Management:

    -Â Â Â Â Â Â Manage the end-to-end process of international assignments, including pre-assignment planning, expatriate compensation, and repatriation.

    -Â Â Â Â Â Â Serve as the primary point of contact for assignees, guiding immigration, tax, and other relocation-related matters.

    Compliance and Risk Management:

    -Â Â Â Â Â Â Stay current on global immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance

    -Â Â Â Â Â Â Mitigate risks associated with international assignments by proactively addressing legal and compliance issues.

    Vendor Management:

    -Â Â Â Â Â Â Collaborate with external vendors such as relocation agencies, immigration consultants, and tax advisors to optimize services and control costs.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years working at multinationals and/or tech companies in global mobility, expatriate management, or related fields
    • Experience working in a matrix organization is a plus.
    • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
    • Thorough knowledge of immigration, tax, and employment laws in various countries.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Fluent in English and Filipino with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
