WE ARE HIRING AREA/FIELD SALES ASSOCIATESALARY Basic 20,000allowance 5,000commission (depend on how you will work on the sales)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate LeadsPlanning and developing of sales strategies in their area of responsibility.
Manage, monitor and ensure success of the Area's performance.
Conducts and submits field report evaluation and validationConduct Business Review with the distributor.
Sales/revenue target managementQualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualification in Marketing / Business Management.
• With at least 2 years Sales experience in the fields of Retail, Sales and Distribution-Well connected with local business partners to build up distribution channel systems At least 2 years of working experience in a similar field is preferred Planning and developing of sales strategies in their area of responsibility.
• Manage, monitor and ensure success of the Area's performance.
