    Job Description
    • Assist the Operations Manager in supervising the daily operations of theorganization.
    • Develop a productive, profitable, and achievement-oriented workingenvironment for employees.
    • Address and supervise operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
    • Operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customerservice.
    • Educate the operations team on best practices, company policies, SOP, andservice excellence standards.
    • Oversee operational risk and audit activities.
    • Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluation,promotion, and termination activities.
    • Perform routine maintenance and repair works for equipment.
    • Evaluate inspection reports and service tickets and prepare repair invoices.
    • Coordinate with Operations Manager on different operational issues andpromotional activities.
    • Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements.
    • Generate operational reports for management as needed.
    • Willing to travel to different sites in Visayas and MindanaoQualifications
    • Male
    • Up-to-date management skills and understanding of employee motivation
    • Understanding of key performance indicators including the workingknowledge to drive appropriate behavior
    • College Graduate
    • Good oral and verbal communication skills
    • Good leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
    • Good analytical skills
    • Good problem-solving skills
    • At least 3 years experience in the related field.
    • At least 2 years experience as team leader, supervisor, assistant manager ofmanager.
