CoSY a coworking space in Makati City, is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize workflows, and foster a vibrant community within the workspace.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- Prior experience in this field is a must
- Capability to manage day-to-day operational issues
- Ability to lead a team and foster a community
- Experience with sales, marketing, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Must be ready to start immediately
Responsibilities include:
- Manage daily scheduling, maintenance, and optimize space efficiency
- Overseeing the profit and loss P&L, budgeting, and expenditure
- Driving membership sales, conducting tours, and increasing occupancy
- Fostering engagement, organizing events, and building a welcoming atmosphere
- Training and Supervising Staff
Working Days:
- 6 days; 1 day off
- Flexi hours/shift
