- Typically 5-10 years of experience in solution architecture, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role in the banking or financial services industry
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree in a related field is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and architecture, including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
- Experience with multiple architecture methodologies and frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of banking and financial services industry, including regulations and compliance requirements
- Understanding of key technologies and trends in the industry, including digital, cloud, and security
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and agile development practices
