    Duties/Responsibilities:
    Responsible for handling large amounts of customer calls. The main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.


    Requirements:

    • B2 CEFR and above
    • Standard Educ Requirement-HS or its equivalent
    - at least 1 to 3 years in a user-facing or back of house airline industry or travel agency role, and in-depth experience with Sabre/Amadeus GDS; Passing score
