Maintains close liaison with customers and suppliers.
Prepares summary of parts sales forecasts for the division.
Negotiates service contracts.
Updates management on the progress of escalated service activities and acquiresmanagement approval on recommended action.
Assists in the formulation of short and long range planning and in the preparation of forecastsand other required reports.
Prepares and/or reviews costing and selling prices to maximize contribution and win biddings.
Manages the credit and collection activities of the department. Ensures that Ars are paidon time.
