    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • To perform skin, body and/or hair analysis to customers
    • To provide valuable advices to customers in a professional manner and recommend suitable
    treatment packages to customers

    • To perform course treatments, not limited to skin, body or hair
    • To attend to incoming calls and arranging appointments
    • Meet branch sales quota.
    • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Department on the execution and evaluation of
    sales and promotion activities.

    • To handle of Service & Sales (S&S) orientated environment
    • To be able to provide and monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales report of the branch
    • Handle customers feedback and service recovery.
    • Manage staff performance and discipline.
    • Other adhocs as assigned by management

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must be graduate of any 4year course
    • At least 3 years of relevant experience, in supervisory/managerial level.
    • Able to lead and manage a team
    • Candidate who has a beauty/spa certified certificate will be an advantage.
    • Required Skill(s): Face, Body, Slimming & Wellness consultation, Sales & Operations of
    Branch, Customer Service, Relationship building with customers

    • Good communications and interpersonal skills and serviceoriented
    • Positive working attitude and cheerful personality
