Drive your future forward with Transcontainer Philippines Inc We are looking for a Customer Service Representative What are the role and responsibilities Attend to inquiries and ensure correspondence concerns of agents customers and suppliers are replied or attended timely Keep close regular contact to maintain relationship Prepare send quotation update or revise for house existing clients Monitor update credit agreements with current new clients Maintain records of Sales Department customer profile survey supplier accreditation Minutes of department meeting others Coordinate with suppliers check related cost negotiate competitive rates Monitor billing from suppliers preparation payment request Other Line of Business Domestic Warehousing Special Projects Coordinate with suppliers subcon secure competitive rates Create Job Order in TIOS monitor billing of suppliers Monitors movement from suppliers shipments update customers Attend client concerns start shipment up collection This could be you if youre Bachelor degree in Business Administration Marketing Customs Administration Logistics Management any related field At least years experience in sales support customer service operations within freight forwarding logistics supply chain company Strong communication negotiation skills for client supplier coordination Company Overview Transcontainer TCL Philippines Inc is a joint venture between Transnational Diversified Group TDG and Transcontainer Limited Established July
