    The Role

    • Campaign Development: Designing, developing, and implementing marketing campaigns within the Oracle Responsys platform.
    • Email Marketing: Creating and managing email marketing campaigns, including template design, content creation, and ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations.
    • Data Integration: Integrating data from various sources into Oracle Responsys, ensuring accurate and consistent information for targeted and personalized marketing efforts.
    • Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to align campaigns with overall business goals and objectives.
    • Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving both front-end and back-end issues.

    Ideal Profile

    • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
    • More than 2 years of experience in HTML and CSS for email template design and customization.
    • More than 2 years of experience with data integration and ensuring data accuracy within the Responsys platform.
    • More than2 years of proficiency in using Figma
    • More than 2 years of experience in marketing automation, specifically with Oracle Responsys, is highly valuable. This experience may include working on email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and data integration.
    • Advanced proficiency in HTML, scripting languages (Node/JavaScript), CSS/SAAS, and frameworks like React, Angular, Nuxt. Expertise in WebGL/GLSL
    • Familiarity with scripting languages and APIs for custom integrations.
    • Understanding of marketing automation concepts, including segmentation, personalization, and automated workflows.
    • Good communication skills in English.
    • Ability to collaborate and work closely with others.
    • Ability to document and explain technical details clearly and concisely.
    • Willingness to learn new patterns and technologies.
    • Amenable to work in a hybrid setup in Alabang, Muntinlupa
