- Graduate of any course
- Has at least 6 months and above being experience as a Secretary
- Able to use MS Offices (VlookUp & PivotTable)
- Able to use and operate virtual channels for meetings
- Knows how to do different types of booking
- Able to prepare different kinds of letter
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to details
