    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
    • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for open positions.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and interest in the role.
    • Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics for both candidates and interviewers.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Prepare and distribute recruitment-related correspondence, including job postings and interview confirmations.
    • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
    • Participate in team meetings to provide updates on candidate pipelines and recruitment progress.
    • Assist with reference checks and background verification processes as needed.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and support.
    • Address candidate inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    • Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service is a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Positive attitude, team player mentality, and eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
