- Design, develop, and maintain advanced HR dashboards, reports, and predictive models covering workforce metrics such as attrition, hiring, performance, engagement, DEI, learning, and compensation.
- Translate complex HR data into clear, actionable insights and executive-ready narratives to support strategic decision-making.
- Establish and govern HR data standards, definitions, and KPIs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses (e.g., attrition drivers, workforce planning, productivity, skills gaps) and recommend targeted interventions.
- Enable self-service analytics for HR and business leaders through modern BI tools.
- Lead or support end-to-end HR transformation initiatives, including process redesign, digital HR implementations, and operating model changes.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Rewards, L&D, Workforce Planning) to embed analytics into core HR processes.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, automation opportunities, and best practices across HR operations.
- Support change management efforts by developing data-backed business cases, success metrics, and post-implementation evaluations.
- Integrate data from multiple sources (HRIS, ATS, LMS, payroll, engagement tools) to create a unified workforce data ecosystem.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, local labor laws).
- Evaluate and adopt emerging analytics tools, AI/ML solutions, and automation technologies relevant to HR.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR leadership and business leaders on workforce analytics and transformation strategies.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders on insights, priorities, and transformation roadmaps.
- Establish governance models for HR analytics usage, reporting cadence, and decision accountability.
- Mentor and upskill HR team members on data literacy and analytics best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- Master's degree (MBA, MS in Analytics, HR, or related discipline) preferred
- 6–10+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce analytics, HR transformation, or related consulting roles
- Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation or digital HR initiatives
- Hands-on experience working with large datasets and HR systems.
- Strong proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Advanced Excel skills; Powerpoint Skills, experience with SQL, Python, or R is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of HR metrics, workforce planning, and people analytics frameworks
