Role Description
We are looking for an
HR Assistant
to support our human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and can communicate professionally with candidates and internal teams. This role is suitable for someone who can handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment coordination, including job postings, initial resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Manage office supplies, including ordering, inventory tracking, and coordination with vendors
- Provide support for various HR and general administrative tasks as assigned
- Assist in monitoring of HR policies and procedures, ensuring employees and staff adhere to company guidelines and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Human Resources and HR Management processes
- Skills in organizing and coordinating training programs for employees
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations
- Experience in the luxury tourism or hospitality industry is an advantage
- With at least 1 year of experience in HR or administrative support
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
