- You must have 3-4 years minimum proven work experience as a bookkeeper with an Australian accounting firm or bookkeeping firm, having handled multiple clients.
- Bank reconciliations
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Preparation of Business Activity Statements / Installment Activity Statements
- Payroll processing STP and PAYG & Superannuation reconciliation
- Month-end functions including reporting and resolving account discrepancies
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a similar discipline
- Proficiency in Xero/XPM, MYOB, Quickbooks, Dext and other accounting software programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word and Outlook) is a must
- Experience managing multiple clients
- Must be highly organised and detail-oriented
- Must be a team player
- Stable internet connection (at least 80 MBPS)
