    Key Responsibilities:

    • Participate in requirements analysis, design reviews, and technical discussions to identify testability, risks, and quality gaps early in the SDLC
    • Review and analyze business and technical requirements to create comprehensive test strategies and test plans
    • Maintain test case traceability and update test documents as needed.
    • Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and test scripts for functional, regression, system, and integration testing
    • Perform manual testing to validate functionality, usability, and edge cases
    • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate automation frameworks and tools
    • Execute and analyze automated test suites
    • Conduct performance, load, and stress testing to validate system scalability, reliability, and response times
    • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely defect resolution
    • Analyze test results and provide clear, actionable quality metrics and reports to stakeholders
    • Identify, document, track, and retest defects using defect tracking tools
    • Actively participate in daily client interactions and stakeholder meetings, providing clear testing updates and insights
    • Manage defect lifecycle including logging, tracking, root cause analysis, and defect triage discussions
    • Prepare test status reports, dashboards, and quality metrics
    • Mentor junior testers and guide the team on testing best practices
    • Conduct peer review on output of junior testing resources
    • Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and project timelines
