About the role
Hyundai Laguna Inc. is seeking an experienced Warranty Admin to join our team in Binan City, Laguna. This full-time position is responsible for managing and processing customer warranty claims, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Reviewing and processing customer warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicating with customers to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status
- Collaborating with the service and parts departments to coordinate warranty work and parts replacement
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all warranty claims
- Identifying and escalating any complex or unusual warranty cases for further investigation
- Providing regular reports on warranty claim trends and metrics
- Assisting with warranty-related administrative tasks as needed
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warranty or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in data entry and familiar with warranty claim management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve warranty issues
