About the role

Hyundai Laguna Inc. is seeking an experienced Warranty Admin to join our team in Binan City, Laguna. This full-time position is responsible for managing and processing customer warranty claims, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Reviewing and processing customer warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
  2. Communicating with customers to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status
  3. Collaborating with the service and parts departments to coordinate warranty work and parts replacement
  4. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all warranty claims
  5. Identifying and escalating any complex or unusual warranty cases for further investigation
  6. Providing regular reports on warranty claim trends and metrics
  7. Assisting with warranty-related administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a warranty or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry
  2. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  3. Proficient in data entry and familiar with warranty claim management software
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal teams
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
  6. Good problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve warranty issues
