Overall Responsibility
The Key Account Executive is responsible for recognizing opportunities and turn leads into long lasting partnership. Helps the company achieve growth goals by generating and closing sales, ensuring a great and improving customer journey by offering solutions to customer pinpoints and anticipating their needs, contributing feedback to make sales strategies relevant and updated
II. Duties & Responsibilities
Makes cold calls or reaching out to prospects.
Follows up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
Handles complaints and negotiations.
Communicates directly with customers and prospects, understands their individual needs, and recommends products or services that maximize value to both parties.
Prepares proposals and makes presentations demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective customers.
Provides great customer service.
Learns about the customer needs and how they relate and respond to our products and services.
Provides support for customers by offering solutions that satisfies their needs.
Chases management approvals for pricing with urgency.
Builds long lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contracts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
Provides immediate feedback
Anticipates problems and offers solutions.
Complies and analyzes data to find trends.
Develops sales strategies and setting quotas.
Maintains database of contact information.
Provides market and competitor trends.
Stays current on company offerings and industry trends.
Submits quotes to customers on a timely basis.
Submits daily reports and feedback on SF to the Sales Manager.
Provides timely feedback to the management regarding performance
Qualifications:
- With 3-5 years background in COLD Storage and Dry Warehouse
- Knowledgeable in third-party managed warehouse
