    This is a high-level position that oversees the planning, execution and delivery of IT projects to ensure successful outcomes. The role is responsible for managing project scope, timelines, deliverables and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:


    • Serve as liaison between business units and IT department for project requests;

    • Define project goals, milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs) with stakeholders;

    • Maintain regular communication channels with team members and stakeholders regarding progress updates;

    • Collaborate closely with vendors to oversee their work activities ensuring they meet expectations;

    The Project Manager must have expertise in using various project management tools such as Asana, Trello or MS Project. They should be able to make timely decisions within set boundaries while adhering strictly to organizational policies.
    The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Computer Science/IT or similar field along side 3 years experience working on IT projects preferably handling vendor relationships within it lifecycle stages starting at kickoff through until final hand off post-delivery.
