    We're looking for a proactive and highly organized E-Commerce Manager - Operations/Fulfillment to manage end‑to‑end warehouse activities for our e‑commerce business. This role ensures accurate inventory, fast and error‑free order fulfillment, and smooth coordination across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

    What You'll Do:

    Warehouse & Inventory Leadership

    • Oversee full warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock records through daily BAU, cycle counts, and audits.
    • Enforce warehouse guidelines, SOPs, and process compliance.
    • Improve fulfillment strategies and operational workflows.
    • Coordinate with HR on staffing needs, hiring, and personnel movement.

    Order Fulfillment Oversight

    • Supervise daily picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
    • Ensure quality standards, order accuracy, and SLA‑compliant fulfillment timelines.

    Logistics & Stock Movement

    • Work closely with the warehouse manager to ensure accurate, well‑inspected receiving of all inbound stocks.
    • Support smooth outbound logistics and dispatch processes.

    Team Leadership

    • Lead, train, and mentor warehouse teams.
    • Assign tasks, manage shifts, and monitor performance.
    • Uphold safety protocols and operational discipline.

    Warehouse Layout & Safety

    • Maintain an organized, efficient, and safety‑compliant warehouse setup.
    • Ensure proper inventory handling, FIFO/FEFO, and accurate bin labeling.

    Cross‑Team Collaboration

    • Work with the e-commerce and platform site management teams to resolve operational issues quickly.
    • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.

    What We're Looking For:

    • 5+ years experience in e-commerce operations (fulfillment, inventory, logistics, customer service).
    • Strong background in process improvement and data-driven decision making.
    • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities.
    • Thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
