Job summary
The Sales Supervisor handles the total performance and daily management of the boutique and its entire operations at the highest efficiency level as to meeting objectives on sales customer service merchandise stocking manpower follow – through on floor training boutique clearing handles sales and customer service oversees stock replenishment inventory merchandise delivery & stock transfers handles merchandise display coordinates with merchandising on merchandise matters handles finance related activities plans and prepares work schedule of team members coordinates with Human Resources Department on the needed manpower ensures discipline among sales team members becomes an extension and ensures follow – through on all trainings seminars and orientation of different departments ensures that merchandise display is in order makes every effort to improve display for purposes of better customer servicing / better sales turn over / better merchandise control prepares necessary reports.Responsibilities
