Applying candidates are expected to have 3-5 years of experience in PR or a related field, proficiency in English, skills in leveraging digital and social media platforms for PR purposes, and a BSc/BA in PR, communications, journalism or a relevant field.
Duties:
The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating and distributing compelling press releases and media kits, monitoring media coverage and industry trends, acting as a spokesperson for the company, organizing and managing PR events, and monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of PR campaigns and initiatives.
Moreover, the specialist is expected to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, knowledge of industry trends and best practices in public relations, familiarity with media monitoring and analytics tools, aptitude in presentation and public speaking, and a creative yet practical mind.
Additionally, they are expected to focus on improved communication skills, media relations, public relations strategies and campaigns, and content writing, with opportunities for advancement including recognition as thought leaders through publishing articles, speaking at conferences, participating in industry panels, or serving as a mentor.
