- Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and service excellence
- Implement company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue targets to ensure branch profitability
- Ensure compliance with travel regulations, company guidelines, and supplier agreements
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Develop and execute local marketing and promotional initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and suppliers
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews
- Motivate the team to deliver high-quality service and achieve sales targets
- Foster a positive, professional, and customer-focused work environment
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer issues or complaints
- Maintain high standards for itinerary planning, booking accuracy, and after-sales support

- Proficiency with travel booking system (Sabre) and MS Office (or equivalent tools)
- Preferrably Tourism Graduate; OR any Bachelor Degree
- Proven experience in the travel industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, booking system (Sabre) and suppliers
- Demonstrated sales management and customer service experience
- Experience managing budgets and meeting financial targets
- Experience hiring and training individuals
