    Salary:
    PHP15000/month


    Location:
    Davao City


    Responsibilities:
    Respond to customer inquiries for hotel reservations through various channels.
    Process and modify reservations accurately and promptly.
    Handle customer concerns and ensure effective issue resolution.
    Coordinate with other departments for special requests.
    Stay informed about hotel offerings, promotions, and policies.
    Utilize reservation systems for updates and confirmations.
    Provide excellent customer service and upsell additional services when appropriate.


    Qualifications:
    At least high school graduate with diploma/certificate
    Willing to work full-time and in shifting schedule (No Part-time)
    Average to excellent English communication skills
    Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
    Available to start ASAP
