- Using Zoho Projects
- Answering telephone calls and general customer service
- Following procedures
- Sales reps bookings, measurements bookings, team building meetings, organize calendar bookings
- CRM Management
- Managing your inbox
- Data entry
- Providing administration support to Sales Reps and Management
- Prepare and edit formal and informal correspondence if needed.
- Prepare and edit documents for both internal and external use, such as forms, procedures, translation agreements, print briefs, and reports if needed
- Able to assist sales department in preparation of quotes and pricing as needed.
- Process customer orders if needed
- Assist in managing marketing and all other relevant materials for sales.
- Cold calls and prospecting for new customers if needed
- Any other administrative duties as required
- Experience in the garage door industry is advantageous, but not a must.
- Experience in quoting residential roller and panel doors, commercial roller shutters, glass balustrade, fencing, and gates.
- Ability to read & interpret architectural drawings
- Experience using Zoho Projects, Simpro and CRM is preferred
- Experience using Simpro is preferred
- Experience using many computer programs, such as, Word, Excel, Autocad
- Minimum 2 years in similar role/s with strong sales history
- Good English communication skills
