Core Skills and Experience:

• CPA accreditation or having accumulated 5 years of Accounting/Bookkeeping experience is strongly preferred but it is not a strict requirement.

We welcome candidates with the CPA credential as well as those who are on the path to obtaining it.-App

Folio Software Experience:
Experience with AppFolio software is highly desirable but not required. Proficiency in this software will be a significant advantage for potential candidates.-Time Management and
