Job summary

The Accounts Receivable Assistant is responsible for day-to-day implementation and processing of approved buyer's request.
They process buyers refund-credit-transfer; check all required documents,
vendors request, DM entry for posting,
Closing of account balances of Cancelled Contracts.
Prepare entry for refund if Maceda qualified or forfeiture if not.

  • Prepare entry for manual transfer payment of rebooked contract – Reinstatement,
  • CARE,
  • CAUE,
Carefully analyze negative balances/excess payments in AR aging report
familiarize yourself with SAP system knowledge.
