We are looking for a reliable and organized HR & Admin Generalist to support our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in HR and administrative work who is comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative operations
Process payroll using the company system and ensure accuracy of records
Maintain employee 201 files, contracts, and HR documentation
Assist with timekeeping, attendance, leave monitoring, and payroll preparation
Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and onboarding
Process business registrations, renewals, and government-related requirements
Handle client accreditation requirements and documentation processing
Coordinate employee engagements, team activities, and company events
Assist in planning and coordinating employee trainings and development programs
Handle office administrative tasks, filing, and coordination with suppliers or service providers
Coordinate with accounting, operations, and management as needed
Perform other HR and admin-related tasks required by the company

Qualifications
At least 1–2 years experience in HR and administrative work
Knowledge of payroll processing using an HR or payroll system
Familiar with business registrations, renewals, and basic compliance requirements
Experience in handling client accreditations and documentation is an advantage
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
Good communication and coordination skills
Willing to work Monday to Saturday
Mandaluyong-based or willing to work on-site
