1. Responsible for conducting testing and control processes and procedures based on established policies and standards.
2. Plans, reviews and develop the testing scripts, data and scenarios based on the test plan prepared for the system and system integration test for on-going projects.
3. Coordinates and presents the testing and control measures that will be use for the project and get approval from the Project Steering Committee.
4. Provides documentation to ensure that processes, procedures, findings and recommendations are properly disseminated and communicated.
5. Recommends new processes and procedures for the improvement of testing and control processes, procedures and guidelines.

• Must be a college graduate of any business or I.T./ Computer Science/Engineering Course
• Must have at least one (1) year of exposure in System Development with good understanding of system development methodology and standards
• Must be a good team player with a customer-oriented attitude, good in oral/ written communication skills.
• Must possess good skills in Analytical and decision-making Data collection, management and analysis problem analysis and problem solving
• Must be knowledgeable in the advanced use of PC Software and Utilities such as: MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint Web browsers - Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, others
• Exposure and experience in using automated testing tools
• Fair understanding of: MS Windows OS or Linux
• Fair understanding of: Database Software - SQL Server, MySQL, others
• Required Technical Skills: Testing and Control Methodology System Development Methodology and Life Cycle Basic Operating Systems functions and operations Basic Networking functions and capabilities Web and Application Server functions and capabilities
