Job summary
Responding to written and telephone inquiries about products services and policies Liaising with other departments to resolve inquiries and to obtain product and service updates Raising customer awareness of products and services Providing sales support conducting customer escalation investigations Participating in customer service process improvement initiatives Following up with customers Collecting entering data Adverse event product complaint reporting Order return processing Providing product supply status updates Advising users on appropriate course of action Monitoring issues from start to resolution Conducting over the phone device training Delivering customer service through multiple channels Minimum 3 years contact center experience preferably in pharmaceutical customer service setting Self-Starter ability work independently Excellent interpersonal skills Skilled empathetic communication during customer interactions Excellent command English language both spoken written Strong critical thinking problem-solving skills High accuracy attention detail all tasks Experience supporting patients advantage Proven track record delivering exceptional customer service Strong understanding key performance indicators impact Recognizes link between work quality operational efficiency Reliable attendance history previous employers Typing proficiency at least words per minute Flexible willing work shifting schedules Ability multitask holidays when required Amenable Hybrid arrangement McKinley Taguig
