- Actively participate in larger organizational initiatives around Sustainability, ESG, CSR etc.
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Human Resource, Communication, Psychology, or Economics
- Ideally with 2 years of total work experience
- Sales or Business Development experience, from any industry, is a plus. At the very minimum customer facing experience
- HR / Recruitment experience is not needed
- Thrive in fast pace environment, able to execute and deliver with minimal supervision
- Robust training and development program both regional and local

Job Description
As a recruitment consultant, your objective is to grow revenue in your discipline by partnering with clients to hire mid-senior leadership talent. Part of that includes your ability to increase market share by enabling clients to hire the best talent and enabling candidates to find the best opportunities.
