Job summary
Prepares bank reconciliation statements prepares & files monthly tax returns such as Expanded/Compensation VAT prepares lead schedules for certain accounts and consolidates other lead schedules monitors clearing account performs appropriate action to clear out balances incl booking of entries informing revenue accounting of open items records journal entries for amortization of prepaid expenses intangibles accruals of interests and other monthly recurring transactions prepares reconciliation of inter-company transactions balances coordinates effectively with different groups within Finance Accounting group departments to accomplish tasks on a timely manner inputs data on various SAP Masterfile includes vendor masterfile customer masterfile cost centers recommends implements relevant efficient effective initiatives improve work flow streamline accounting closing cycle generates gathers various data analyzes requested by different units assesses accuracy validity integrity communicates clearly articulately all situation ensures all ideas information well expressed understood makes decisions timely manner according approved level authority shares ideas information team continuous development.
