- Schedule Management
- Perform critical path analysis, milestone tracking, and develop comprehensive Gantt charts;
- Track actual progress and produce weekly/monthly performance reports;
- Identify schedule deviations, investigate root causes, and recommend practical corrective actions;
- Coordinate timelines with the Owner, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline;
- Solid experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel for schedule visualization;
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills;
- Understanding of on-site operations and a strong sense of ownership;
- Experience with NGCP utility projects or solar EPCs will be a strong advantage.
