    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    Generates revenue-driven initiatives including up-selling and cross-selling
    Provides data solutions that will bring value to the business of the partner
    Operates as the point of contact for the assigned partner/s
    Develops and maintains collaborative relationship with partners
    Drives promos, campaigns, projects and programs working on carrying the goals
    Identifies growth opportunities and create actionable plans with the partner


    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
    Previous experience in partnership management, business development, or account management is essential.
    Experience specifically in the loyalty or rewards industry is preferred.
    Demonstrated success in negotiating and executing partnership agreements.
    Experience in identifying and cultivating relationships with potential and existing partners.
    Proven ability to negotiate partnership terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
