This role focuses on optimizing existing content, creating compelling thumbnails, and repurposing videos into short-form content for broader social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Design attention-grabbing thumbnails for YouTube using Canva or similar software
• Convert long-form videos into short-form content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok
• Develop strategies to grow YouTube subscribers, views, and audience engagement
• Research trending topics to guide content creation and improve video performance
• Optimize YouTube videos with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and tags
• Work closely with the YouTuber to ensure content aligns with brand objectives
• Manage and schedule content for YouTube and other social media platforms
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement
• Offer support for additional content creation and management as required

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Canva or similar design tools
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, especially YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
• Deep knowledge of YouTube SEO and algorithm optimization
• Proficient in repurposing long-form content for short-form formats like YouTube Shorts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
