Preferred Responsibilities
You will be responsible for overseeing a series of online stores, encompassing various day-to-day tasks related to overall online store management. Prior experience in e-commerce management is preferred.

The key responsibilities of the role include:
Providing excellent customer service.

Managing order fulfillment, including printing waybills.

Handling inventory management.

Implementing marketing strategies through creating campaigns and promotions and live selling.

Managing returns, refunds, and failed deliveries.

Monitoring the health of online store accounts.

Performing administrative tasks such as encoding customer information and processing purchase orders from suppliers.
