    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Under general supervision, performs highly skilled and responsible clerical functions and does other related work.

    Functions and Responsibilities:

    1.Performs clerical work such as encoding, recording, filing and other clerical tasks

    2.Receives and releases documents of the office

    3.Performs HR and finance-related tasks such as preparation of travel orders, reimbursement of TE and other claims

    4.Act as the records officer of the office and as such, maintain and keeps updated office files and inventory of records

    5.Answers and makes phone calls

    6.Provide staff support to the Assistant Secretary and during office meetings

    7.Assists persons seeking assistance for the office

    8.Acts as alternate focal staff for procurement, property and air transportation reservation and

    9.Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

    Job Outputs:

    1.Efficient document handling

    2.Organized files of DTS print outs

    3.Updated and organized office files and inventory of records

    4.HR and finance-related documents and

    5.Other reports may be required.
